Dog Behavior and Reactivity

Reactivity can sometimes be confused with aggression, which implies anger. It’s more often fear, lack of confidence, not feeling connected, and most definitely frustration. Not a happy place to be.
When dogs feel connected, and bonded to their pack or people, they have trust and trust builds confidence. It’s also a trust built inside of us. Dog relationships are just as much about our confidence as well! We can not fake confidence, we have to cultivate it. Each minute of every day is an opportunity to build confidence in your dog and yourself!
